Accountant (Hybrid – Pune)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of financial operations while supporting strategic business initiatives.

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting organizational growth through sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and supporting core financial operations, including:

Managing Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
Performing account reconciliations and invoice management
Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements
Preparing monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and tax reports
Monitoring budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives
Coordinating with internal teams to support financial planning and compliance
Assisting in internal, external, and statutory audits
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Supporting financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books

Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and statutory compliance requirements

Financial reporting and reconciliation expertise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across departments
