From the buzzing halls of Mumbai to the slick show floors in Frankfurt and the neon-drenched conversations in New York, we've been following Agentforce across the globe. But London? That was different. It wasn't just another checkbox on the calendar. It felt like the moment everything came together.
Let us take you inside.
On June 11–12, 2025, we landed at ExCeL London with the Bugendaitech team, ready for Salesforce's Agentforce World Tour. The venue was electric, not just with Wi-Fi (though that was solid, too), but with the energy of people building the future together.
There were Trailblazers from all walks—startups, enterprises, public sector leaders—all here to see what autonomous AI agents could do. The vibe? Less "tech event," more "innovation camp."
Unlike regular conferences where you attend talks and scroll Instagram under the table, London threw us into the experience.
We got our hands in the build labs. We designed lead-routing bots that reduced manual work, compliance agents that instantly flagged risk scenarios, and service bots that handled case triage in minutes.
One highlight? A prototype we built live that detected compliance red flags and routed issues to the correct department—all in under 15 minutes. The bot worked. We high-fived. It wasn't just theoretical anymore.
We've all seen keynotes that feel like a TED Talk remix. But not here. These were different.
Zahra Bahrololoumi, CEO of Salesforce UKI, dropped something that stuck with us: Heathrow Airport's "Hallie." An AI agent that now handles 90% of customer queries. That's a 40% jump in digital contact efficiency and 30 seconds shaved off each interaction. Real impact. Real numbers.
Then Capita's CEO, Adolfo Hernandez, stepped up. He shared how they built a recruitment bot that automated 200+ HR tasks—from writing job descriptions to ranking applicants. What once took weeks now gets done in hours.
And the stats? Wild. 78% of UK businesses are already using agent-based AI—another 14% plan to join within the next six months. Agentforce isn't optional anymore. It's expected.
Outside the spotlight, the best stuff happened in the hallways. We spoke with teams from fintech, healthcare, and even city councils—all brainstorming how to bring what they saw to life in their organizations.
One of the most exciting chats? Sitting with Capita's team, spitballing how their hiring bot model could be adapted for Bugendaitech's clients. Napkins out, sketches flowing—those ideas are now headed for the pilot.
On our previous visit to Frankfurt, we dipped our toes into what Agentforce could be. We saw potential. But London? That's where we dove in.
Sessions like Simon Mulcahy's keynote on digital labor weren't only informative but also thought-provoking. They helped us connect the dots—from theory to use case to execution.
London sharpened our focus. It gave us direction, not just ideas.
London left us with more than swag and sore feet.
Here's what we're bringing back to base:
Agent Blueprints: Lead bots, compliance agents, and triage flows—already scoped and tested live in London. We're adapting them now.
Fresh Partnerships: We connected with key players in fintech and healthcare who are open to co-building with us. Pilots incoming.
Stories That Stick: From Heathrow's Hallie to Capita's hiring revolution, we've got real-world case studies that resonate with clients instantly.
We're not stopping at "cool event, nice photos." The following 30–60 days are all about turning inspiration into action.
We're already deploying agents for:
Inspired by the labs? So were we. We're running build-a-bot sprints internally to generate new use cases every week.
We're staying engaged in the Trailblazer groups, forums, and LinkedIn threads—sharing builds, asking questions, and helping others along the way.
If you've ever wondered how to bring AI into your CRM without needing a PhD or a 12-month dev cycle—this is your moment.
Let's identify your most significant pain point, set up a working agent, and test it—all in weeks, not quarters.
London wasn't just another badge on our lanyard. It was the stage where everything came together—the demos, the data, the people. And now, we're harnessing all that momentum and applying it to real-world builds for real-world businesses.
If you're ready to stop talking about AI and start using it, now's the time.
