Accountant (Pune / Patna)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team and manage our financial operations efficiently. He/ She will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports and statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties include analyzing financial data, handling accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

This is a hybrid position based in Pune or Patna, with flexibility for partial remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle accounts payable (A/P) & accounts receivable (A/R), reconciliations, and invoicing.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF) including timely filings and reconciliations.
Assist in audit preparations (internal, external, statutory) and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and tax reports.
Collaborate with teams for budget monitoring, cost control, and compliance.
Work with Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books for financial data management.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: CA Fresher, Semi-qualified CA, CMA, or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance

Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting, taxation, or financial management.

Skills: Strong Excel and accounting software expertise, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
