Business Central Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Central Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and a strong understanding of business processes. You will play a critical role in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality customizations and integrations to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business processes to identify and design tailored solutions.
Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
Design and develop solutions using AL programming language, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Perform data migrations with precision and accuracy.
Customize and configure Business Central applications to meet business requirements.
Integrate Business Central with third-party systems and Power Platform tools.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Manage databases effectively to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations and updates.

Qualifications & Experience

4-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development.

Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.

Proficiency in AL programming language.

Experience with data migration tools and processes.

Knowledge of integration techniques and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.).

Expertise in database management (SQL).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication skills for requirements gathering and stakeholder interaction.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently on multiple projects.

Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related technologies.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of extensions and upgrades for Business Central.
