About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing U.S. public sector practice. This role goes beyond development - it’s an opportunity to work closely with senior architects, contribute to scalable solutions, and gradually grow into a Technical Architect role.

You’ll be part of a fast-evolving environment where innovation, AI-powered capabilities, and real-world problem solving come together to create impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Working on complex integrations involving external systems, APIs, and databases
Supporting deployments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution design and architecture discussions
Applying Salesforce best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable development
Participating in Agile processes including sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-ups
Documenting technical designs, workflows, and architecture decisions clearly
Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, AI capabilities, and platform enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, integrations)

Understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities

Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and data models

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders

Interest in growing toward a Technical Architect role
