About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Consultant to join our growing Microsoft practice in the United States. This role goes far beyond implementation—you will be involved in technical discovery, solution architecture, and enterprise-level client engagement.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives within the Microsoft ecosystem, enjoys leading conversations with stakeholders, and can design scalable solutions using Business Central, Dynamics 365, and AI-powered Microsoft technologies.

You will collaborate directly with leadership teams and enterprise clients while helping shape strategic Microsoft implementations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Microsoft Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions by:

  • Leading technical discovery and requirement gathering sessions
  • Driving solution architecture discussions with business stakeholders
  • Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central solutions
  • Integrating Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered capabilities into enterprise workflows
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives across large organizations
  • Delivering on-site workshops and training sessions in Texas when required
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

This role offers significant exposure to enterprise-level implementations and strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for professionals who bring both technical expertise and strong client engagement capabilities:

Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations

Deep technical knowledge of Business Central architecture and customization

Solid background in ASP.NET / .NET development

Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Copilot, and AI integrations

Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements

Must be located in U.S. time zones

Willingness to travel for Texas-based workshops and training sessions
