Unveiling Mission 2030

A key highlight of this year's event will be the introduction of Mission 2030, our vision for the next phase of our growth.

As AI continues to reshape how businesses operate, we are looking towards a future where AI is not simply a technology capability, but an integral part of how we think, work, innovate, and deliver value.

#Mission2030 will focus on embedding AI-first workflows, intelligent automation, and smarter ways of working across the organization. The vision is to empower teams with technology that enhances human potential while enabling us to deliver greater speed, efficiency, innovation, and value to our clients.

Fostering Connection

In an increasingly digital workplace, meaningful face-to-face connections matter more than ever.

This year an event will give the team an opportunity to step away from screens, meetings, and everyday routines and spend time together in person. Set against the backdrop of a Hill Station, the gathering will create space for conversations beyond work, new perspectives, shared experiences, and plenty of moments to simply enjoy being together.

The goal is to connect as colleagues, recharge as a team, and return with revived energy.

Shaping the Future

Mission 2030 is not only about technology. It is about the people, ideas, and purpose behind that technology.

BT Gala Event will bring the team together around a shared direction, one focused on creating sustainable, value-driven impact for clients, employees, and the wider community.

By aligning our people, technology, and vision, we aim to build an organization that is prepared not just to respond to the future, but to actively shape it.

A New Chapter Begins

This event represents more than another milestone on the company calendar. It marks the beginning of a powerful new chapter for us.

A chapter where AI and human ingenuity work together.

A chapter where intelligent technology enables people to do more of what matters.

And a chapter where a shared vision becomes the foundation for sustainable growth.

As we look toward 2030, the message behind Mission 2030 is clear: the future will be built by people who are willing to imagine it, embrace change, and move forward together.
