BugendaiTech’s BT Gala brought our team together to celebrate the people behind our progress, the ideas shaping our future, and the shared ambition driving us towards #Mission2030.

Under the theme Beyond Boundaries, Infinity 2K26 was more than a gathering. It reflected our journey, our evolving capabilities, and our belief that meaningful innovation happens when people come together to challenge limitations and build something greater and build beyond.

From an inspiring welcome address by our CEO and leadership to the launch of our mascot Argus, an AI VoiceOps product showcase, Solvethon, team recognitions, team bonding, and individual awards and appreciations, every moment celebrated what makes BugendaiTech special: our people, our ideas, and our willingness to keep moving forward.

Infinity 2K26 opened with a welcome keynote by our CEO Roushan Kumar, setting the tone for a celebration centered on ambition, collaboration, and the road ahead.

AI VoiceOps: Turning Conversations Into Opportunities

Innovation took centre stage with the showcase of AI VoiceOps, BugendaiTech’s AI-powered voice solution designed to help businesses manage customer conversations more intelligently.

Customer conversations can influence everything from sales opportunities and service experiences to appointments and follow-ups. When calls go unanswered, or processes remain disconnected, valuable opportunities can be lost.

AI VoiceOps is designed to help businesses address these challenges through AI-powered voice interactions and workflow automation.

During the event, our Guest and newly joined Strategic Growth Advisor Kiran joined us to demonstrate the product LIVE along with technical deep dive on the journey of AI VoiceOps very well explained by our Product Owners Piyush and Puneet, offering the team a closer look at its capabilities and real-world potential.

The showcase highlighted how AI can help businesses handle inquiries, support lead qualification, connect conversations with business workflows, and make customer interactions more productive.
