Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Join Bugendaitech as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships
with prospects, and fuelling our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers who align with our solutions
- Reach out via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Gather detailed insights into prospects and their business needs
- Manage leads and interactions effectively through internal tools
2. Lead Qualification
- Engage with leads to assess fit based on needs, budget, and timeline
- Ask smart, qualifying questions and hand over high-quality leads to sales
3. Relationship Building
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects
- Build rapport, answer queries, and offer relevant information
4. Meeting Booking
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Ensure all context and information is passed along for a seamless discussion
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work in close sync with the sales team for smooth lead handovers
- Keep stakeholders updated on lead progress and pipeline status
6. Continuous Improvement
- Stay on top of sales best practices and trends
- Reflect on performance and identify areas to improve
Requirements:
- Awareness or understanding of Salesforce ecosystem is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and persistence
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification
Interviews will be held in-person in Delhi on 15th or 16th July (Tentative).
