US IT Recruiter (Internal Deployment & International Staffing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in onboarding bench consultants, handling internal deployments, and managing visa/transfers, with a solid understanding of international hiring dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with delivery and sales teams to understand resource availability, skillsets, and bench strength.
  • Build relationships with tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactively market internal resources for contract, C2C, CTH, and full-time roles in international locations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM tools.
  • Negotiate rates, relocation, and visa requirements with candidates and clients.
  • Understand and manage compliance with international labour laws, visa regulations, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on bench movement, closures, and ongoing activities.
  • Prior experience using tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in US IT Recruitment, with hands-on experience placing internal/bench candidates in global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job roles (Data Science, Salesforce etc.).
  • Experience working with consulting/staffing companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with visa types, work authorization, and relocation processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
